Job Description – HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including joining formalities and induction coordination.
Handle HR documentation such as offer/appointment letters, employee records, and compliance files.
Coordinate with internal teams and store operations to ensure smooth employee joining and reporting.
Maintain accurate HR MIS, employee data, and personnel records.
Act as a point of contact for employees for onboarding and HR coordination-related queries.
