Assist in end-to-end recruitment for store and corporate roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Manage employee joining formalities, ID creation, and induction for retail staff.
Maintain and update attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs for store employees.
Support employee relations and handle queries related to HR policies, attendance, or benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies at all retail locations.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, databases, and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR (experience/internship in retail HR preferred).
Good understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail environment.
