📝 Job Overview:

HUBS AYURVEDA is hiring an energetic and result-oriented HR Executive Cum Tele-Sales Associate who will manage end-to-end HR activities along with handling customer calls and promoting Ayurvedic products. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, fluency in Hindi & English, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment: screening, calling, and scheduling interviews

• Manage employee data, documentation, and HR records

• Conduct onboarding and induction sessions

• Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks

• Maintain attendance and leave management

• Coordinate training, meetings, and staff activities

Tele-Sales Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Ayurvedic products/services

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers

• Maintain call logs, customer databases, and follow-up records

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

🧠 Required Skills:

• Fluency in Hindi & English (Excellent Communication)

• Strong convincing & negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM preferred)

• Pleasant personality & positive attitude

• Ability to multitask (HR + Tele-Sales)

• Confidence and willingness to learn
