HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Female HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities in our Ayurvedic healthcare company. The ideal candidate should be passionate about wellness, possess excellent communication and people management skills, and be aligned with the principles of a holistic, health-oriented workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Coordinate employee training and development programs

Address employee queries and grievances professionally

Support payroll processing and leave managemen

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source and engage candidates via online platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.

• Advertise openings on job portals and social media.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
