Roles & Responsibilities:
Call Diploma and BE Mechanical students to promote software training courses.
Explain course details, benefits, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
Handle student inquiries related to software training and placements.
Follow up with interested students and parents.
Schedule demo sessions and counseling appointments.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions status.
Achieve admission and calling targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Ability to explain technical courses in a simple manner.
Confident, convincing, and student-friendly approach.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM preferred).
Preferred Candidate:
1–2 years of experience in student calling / education counseling.
Experience in software training institutes is an added advantage.
