We are seeking a Senior Joining Process Owner to manage the full-cycle onboarding process. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of the joining process, including facilitating communication with clients and team members, resolving issues, and presenting updates.
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor parameters to ensure efficiency in operations.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate with certification in HR or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with resume databases is a plus.
