HR Executive – Vardhaan by Herbalmax
Location: Phase 5, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1+ year in HR / Recruitment preferred
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and other office positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and calling.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
Handle employee attendance, leave and basic HR coordination.
Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR activities.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain proper HR reports and recruitment MIS.
Requirements
1+ year of HR/recruitment experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong candidate follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer work.
Target-oriented and able to manage multiple vacancies.
Immediate joiners preferred.
