HR Executive (Male) – Warehouse Operations

Job Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and operations hiring.

 Manage employee onboarding, attendance, and documentation.

 Coordinate PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance processes.

 Maintain employee records and HR MIS.

 Support warehouse staff management and daily HR operations.

 Handle employee grievances and disciplinary coordination.

 Assist in payroll inputs and leave management.

 Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for manpower planning.

Requirements:

 Male candidate preferred.

 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in warehouse or operations setup.

 Knowledge of recruitment, PF, ESIC, attendance, and compliance.

 Understanding of warehouse operations and workforce handling.

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.

Preferred Industry:

E-commerce, FMCG, Logistics, Warehouse, or Manufacturing background preferred.
