Job Title: HR Executive (Cold Calling & Interview Scheduling)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and confident HR Executive to handle cold calling and interview scheduling activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be target-oriented, and able to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential candidates for various job openings.

• Explain job roles and company details clearly to interested candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.

• Maintain and update candidate records in the database.

• Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance and feedback.

• Support HR team in basic recruitment and documentation processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and phone etiquette.

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in HR calling or recruitment is a plus.

• Should be confident, persuasive, and disciplined in follow-ups.
