HR Executive

We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Hari Ram Godara Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & onboarding of staff and workers workers.

• Attendance & payroll management (including overtime & shift allowance).

• Statutory compliance – PF, ESIC, Mines Act, Labour Laws.

• Maintain contractor records & coordinate with labour.

• Handle employee grievances & welfare (canteen, medical, safety).

• Conduct safety & induction trainings.

• Prepare HR MIS & compliance reports.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance.

• Good communication & coordination skills.

• MS Excel & Payroll software knowledge.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / MBA (HR).

• 2–4 years HR experience in mining.
