Role Overview:
As an L&D Management Trainee , you will be responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and execution of training initiatives across departments including HR, Admin, Design, and Sales Support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in planning and delivering such as, POSH, Email Etiquette, Time Management, and Communication etc.
· Support employee engagement programs, workshops, and culture-building activities.
· Help in preparing training materials (PPTs, feedback forms, session reports, etc.).
· Collect and analyze feedback to improve future training sessions.
· Coordinate with trainers, departments, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
· Support in HR new initiatives.
