Job Description
Oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for roles.
Sourcing and Candidate Attraction: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), networking events, social media, and other online/offline channels to attract high-quality, passive talent.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the roles.
Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidate communication skills, experience, and interest.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
