Manage full recruitment cycle: define roles, post openings, screen candidates,
coordinate interviews, and facilitate onboarding
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:-
Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, mediate workplace conflicts, and
implement disciplinary actions as needed.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll:-
Administer payroll, benefits programs, and compensation policies; benchmark market
rates; manage leaves and entitlements
Performance Management & Development:-
Oversee performance review systems, identify training needs, design development
programs, and coach managers and staff
Policy Implementation & Compliance:-
Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies; ensure compliance with labour laws
and facilitate audits
HR Administration & Data Management:-
Maintain HRIS and personnel records; analyse HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire)
and produce reports
Culture, Engagement & Retention:-
Drive engagement initiatives (surveys, team-building), support diversity and inclusion,
and foster workplace well-being
HR Strategy & Team Leadership:-
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession strategies, and HR
budgeting; lead or mentor junior HR staff
