• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs,

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

• Monitor attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and incentives

• Drive performance management and appraisal processes

• Conduct training, engagement, and retention initiatives

• Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports

• Support management in workforce planning and budgeting
