1. Human Resource Operations

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Source candidates through job portals and social media

  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews

  • Coordinate technical and final interviews

  • Coordinate joining formalities

Employee Onboarding & Related Activities

  • Employee documentation

  • NDA & Commitment Sheet

  • Employee Master Records

  • Email & ERP Account Coordination

  • Employee Orientation

  • Attendance & Leave Management

  • Employee Database Management

  • HR Documentation

  • Employee Exit Process

  • HR Policy Communication

  • Employee Record Maintenance

Performance Coordination

  • KRA & KPI Tracking

  • Performance Review Coordination

  • Accountability Letters

  • Employee Success Program (ESP)

  • Training Coordination

2. Billing & Coordination with Accounts

  • Coordination with Account Team

  • Generate GST Invoices

  • Prepare Proforma Invoices

  • Create Subscription & Renewal Invoices

  • Invoice Verification

  • Coordinate with Accounts Team

  • Maintain customer billing records

  • Support reconciliation activities

  • Ensure billing accuracy and timely processing
