Role Overview
We are looking for a professional HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues and will lead recruitment efforts to help us grow our sales and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring staff (such as Sales Executives and Technical workers).
▪️ Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
▪️ Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a productive work environment.
▪️ Payroll & Attendance: Oversee daily attendance, leave management, and coordinate with the accounts department for timely salary processing.
▪️ Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems that help drive employee productivity.
▪️ Compliance: Ensure the company complies with local labor laws and industrial regulations specific to the Sahibabad Industrial Area.
▪️ Admin Support: Manage general office administration and maintain employee records (hard copies and digital).
Qualifications
▪️ Education: Graduate (BBA/MBA in HR preferred).
▪️ Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
▪️ Skills: • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
▪️ Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
▪️ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
▪️ Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word).
