Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle labour management and attendance coordination
2. Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements
3. Supervise housekeeping and facility management activities
4. Support training and development initiatives
5. Maintain employee records and statutory documentation
6. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks
7. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for manpower planning
8. Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry)
