HIRING: HR EXECUTIVE
Position: HR Executive
Experience: 0–1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Location: Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews of shortlisted candidates.
- Evaluate candidates based on communication, skills and job requirements.
- Shortlist suitable candidates for respective positions.
- Coordinate the complete interview process.
- Explain job roles, company policies and joining process to selected candidates.
- Coordinate candidate training and ensure timely completion.
- Manage joining formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth joining.
- Maintain interview, selection, training and joining records.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Ensure proper onboarding of new employees.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to interviews, selections, training and joining.
Eligibility:
- Education: 12th Pass to Any Graduate
- Experience: 0–1 Year
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with good interviewing skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to evaluate and shortlist candidates.
- Good coordination and management skills.
- Responsible and target-oriented approach.
Important: This position does NOT involve candidate calling or telecalling work.
