Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Sector - 90, Noida (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)

Post jobs on platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed

Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

Handle joining, induction, and exit formalities

Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data

Address employee queries and support engagement activities

Ensure HR policy compliance and assist in BGV/documentation

Requirements

0–2 years of HR experience

Strong communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of recruitment portals & MS Excel

Basic understanding of HR operations and compliance
