Global Savian Consulting is hiring HR Executives for our growing IT Tech Consulting business. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who are interested in building their career in recruitment and HR operations.

Position: HR Executive

Experience: 0–2 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA/HR preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT and corporate roles

• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and references

• Screening resumes and conducting initial HR discussions

• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers

• Managing candidate communication and follow-ups

• Supporting onboarding and joining formalities

• Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports

• Assisting in day-to-day HR activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate (MBA/HR preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in IT recruitment and consulting environment

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
