We are looking for HR Executive to join our team Global Auto Components to manage the full cycle recruitment process for CNC machine operators, Final inspection and Helpers. This job involves physical visits to operator rooms, Campus for selections, and any other associated HR activities. Candidate should know Hindi and should be capable to handle North Indian operators. Candidate should be very well in Windows excels and word and power point presentations. Working hours might vary depending on daily manpower availability. Some times candidate should visit the operators room to follow up for on time arrival to production.
