Job Responsibilities
Recruitment and talent acquisition
Conduct job analyses to identify needs and create job descriptions.
Post job openings on various platforms and screen applications.
Coordinate and conduct interviews and other selection processes.
Perform background and reference checks.
Negotiate and create job offer letters.
Employee relations and engagement
Resolve internal conflicts and handle employee grievances.
Counsel employees and address workplace issues.
Organise and manage company events, activities, and team-building exercises to improve morale and engagement.
Conduct exit interviews and manage the termination process.
Performance management
Execute annual employee review procedures.
Support managers in applying structured performance appraisal processes.
Develop and implement employee performance improvement plans.
HR administration and reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Monitor and analyse HR metrics, such as turnover and cost-per-hire.
Oversee the company's on boarding and off boarding processes.
