Job Summary

Flying Falcons is seeking a skilled HR Executive to manage HR operations with a focus on HRMS, payroll processing, labor law compliance, and statutory management (PF & ESI).

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRMS system.

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.

  • Handle PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory filings and compliance.

  • Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and support audits/inspections.

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities.

  • Respond to employee queries regarding salary, attendance, and benefits.
