ShiftingBazar.com is looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, and HR documentation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Hiring for operations, sales, customer support & field staff
Posting job openings on portals, WhatsApp groups & social media

HR Operations

Maintain employee records, documents & HR MIS
Attendance, leave & shift management
Coordination with payroll team

Employee Management

Employee onboarding & induction
Handling employee queries & basic grievance management
Support in performance tracking & appraisals

Compliance & Policies

Ensure company HR policies are followed
Maintain confidentiality of employee data
Assist in HR audits & reports

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / MBA HR preferred
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Knowledge of recruitment process
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
Ability to multitask & work independently
