HR Executive – Job Description

Location: Shifting Bazar, Noida
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–3 years (can adjust based on your need)

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

• Coordinate with department managers to understand manpower needs.

• Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

2. Employee Records & Documentation

• Maintain employee files, attendance, and leave management.

• Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, relieving).

• Ensure timely updates of employee database in HRMS.

3. Payroll & Compliance

• Assist in monthly payroll processing.

• Handle PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and statutory compliance documentation.

• Maintain accurate records for audits.

4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling

• Organize employee engagement activities and events.

• Provide support in handling employee queries and grievances.

• Promote a positive work culture.

5. Performance Management

• Coordinate the performance appraisal process.

• Track probation confirmations and appraisal cycles.

6. HR Operations

• Maintain office discipline and HR policies.

• Support admin functions when required.

• Draft and circulate HR policies & notices.

Skills Required

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.

Education

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (depending on experience and company budget)
