Roles & Responsibilities (Actual KRAs will be provided while joining)
· Sourcing and scheduling candidate interviews under the guidance of HR Senior executive.
· Support & proactively contribute in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
· Maintain and update employee database (into HRMS).
· Assist in executing employee engagement activities under the guidance of HR Senior Executive.
· Making self-contributions as and when needed.
· Managing and executing day-to-day Human Resource activities under the guidance of HR Senior Executive.
· Collecting data from the team for performance management and appraisal reviews.
· Assisting in conducting Training and Development activities.
Requirements:
- Graduation into Human Resources.
- Minimum 1 year experience into HR Functions.
- Experience with Manufacturing firms will be preferred.
- Excellent Communications skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficient in technology.
