HR Executive

• Employee Relations:

  Handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent treatment. 

• Performance Management:

  Oversee performance appraisal systems, providing feedback and guidance to employees on goal setting and development plans. 

• Compensation and Benefits:

  Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management. 

• Compliance:

  Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. 

• Training and Development:

  Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 

• Employee Engagement:
