Job Brief:
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring efficient HR service delivery, data
accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Managing onboarding processes to ensure smooth candidate experience and timely resource deployment.
Overseeing payroll and attendance management, including income tax calculations, incentives, bonus
processing, and full & final settlements.
Administering compensation and benefits such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Workmen’s Compensation, GPA, and
Mediclaim.
Ensuring adherence to statutory compliance requirements, including maintenance of registers, MLWF, and
submission of Employment Exchange returns.
Handling performance management activities such as probation reviews, annual appraisals, performance
ratings, and related documentation.
Coordinating and tracking Training & Development initiatives across the organization.
Driving employee engagement activities and addressing employee grievances promptly and effectively.
Implementing HR policies and providing operational support for day-to-day HR functions.
Education and/Work Experience Requirements: PGDBM/MPM/MBA HR, 3 years to 4 years of experiences
