Role Overview
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing core HR functions, supporting a growing and energetic team, and helping shape the people culture of Finleaf Legal. You will work closely with leadership to drive hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for talent pipeline building
Onboarding & Exit Management
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
Maintain smooth offboarding processes including exit interviews and documentation
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records and HRMS data
Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws, contracts, and firm policies
Draft HR policies, offer letters, and employment agreements with legal team support
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute team engagement activities, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
Support a culture of transparency, accountability, and inclusiveness
Performance Management & Development
Assist in designing performance appraisal systems and learning initiatives
Track and report on key HR metrics and improvement areas
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in startups, legal, or consulting sectors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with labour laws and HR best practices in India
Proficient in using HRMS tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment
