Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, payroll support, employee records, and HR administration.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting a positive, professional, and disciplined work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the complete recruitment process, from job posting to candidate joining.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions on relevant job portals.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical and management interviews.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
2. Employee Management
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and holiday records.
- Coordinate and respond to employee queries related to HR policies, salary, leave, and benefits.
- Support employee engagement activities and grievance resolution.
- Ensure proper communication and implementation of company rules and HR policies.
3. Payroll & Attendance
- Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Payroll team for timely salary processing.
- Maintain records related to salary, deductions, incentives, overtime, and advances.
- Assist in resolving salary- and attendance-related queries.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement and maintain company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with management regarding HR compliance requirements.
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to applicable labour laws, minimum wages, PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory requirements, as applicable to the organization.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and employee management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to maintain HR records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance management.
- Basic knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently and efficiently.
