We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Fab Skin Hair And Laser Clinic to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates via online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is graduate /Post Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a retail, hospitality, or hospital/healthcare clinic environment where customer service excellence and operational compliance are critical.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Identify staffing needs for medical personnel
Source active candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and specialized healthcare recruitment networks.
Screen potential resumes, coordinate interview schedules with clinic managers, and issue finalized formal offer letters.
2. Onboarding & Employee Documentation
Design induction programs that brief new hires on company standard operating
Collect personal records, verify professional medical licenses/certifications, and create organized, highly confidential employee profiles.
Coordinate uniform allocation, official name badges, and biometric database enrollment for accurate shifts and attendance tracking.
. Attendance, Payroll & Shift Management
Monitor daily attendance logs, approve leave balances, and track rosters across multiple rostered shifts.
Compile monthly payroll metrics, cross-checking working days against complex target-based incentive structures for sales and therapist teams.
Address payroll disputes efficiently to keep administrative errors at zero
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely related stream.
Experience: 1 to 3+ years of core HR operations experience, ideally within a wellness, hospitality, hospital, or aesthetic clinic setup.
Technical Skills: Exceptional familiarity with MS Excel (for data analytics) and common HRMS/ATS software platforms.
Communication: Flawless spoken and written communication skills to handle high-level medical stakeholders and diverse retail staff.
Availability: Ready to work in a physical office/clinic location.
