Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support our HR operations. The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR systems management, and overall support of organizational policies and processes. This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, proven HR expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Maintain accurate and updated employee records within HR systems and tools.

• Support HR operations including attendance management, payroll inputs, and compliance-related tasks.

• Coordinate team logistics and employee workplace requirements.

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and provide timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.

• Proficiency in recruitment processes and HR software/tools.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality at all times.
