Role Summary:

Responsible for daily HR operations including recruitment, attendance & leave management, statutory compliance support, and employee relations for the manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding.

• Monitor daily attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and OT data.

• Support monthly payroll by maintaining accurate MIS and biometric records.

• Assist in statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Bonus, Challan preparation, Factories Act documentation.

• Coordinate with contractors for labour attendance and wage sheet verification.

• Handle employee queries, grievances, ID cards, uniforms, and discipline on shop floor.

• Maintain HR documents, personnel files, and support audits.

• Conduct induction and support employee engagement activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / MBA / MSW in HR.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist.

• Strong in Excel, attendance management & basic labour laws.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
