Job Description

1. Internal Recruitment, Induction & Training of Sales Staff working on Company’s payroll. 2.Supporting Sales Team in lead generation and getting vacancies from companies.

3.Pitching Relevant Contacts and sending introduction mail, proposal, agreement, negotiations and closure of agreements.

4.Coordination with Companies for giving HRMS Demo, getting vacancies, new employee’s data, insurance status, renewal of agreement, terms and conditions.

5.Serving as a link between Client, Our Sales & Recruitment Team.
