Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements and company policies.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Support employee engagement activities and resolve day-to-day HR queries.
