JOB DESCRIPTION POST: HR Executive SALARY: 20,000 to 30,000 pm. CTC (Based on interview) Minimum Qualification: A degree in Human Resources or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR management or related fields, such as recruiting or training. Language: Hindi & English. NO. OF VACANY: 1 Responsibilities: • Look after recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure smooth daily operations. • Maintain employee records, compensation, and benefits information, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address problems to promote a healthy work environment. • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant. • Design and run training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational development. • Manage payroll and employee benefits programs, for smoother processing and compliance. Requirements: • Familiarity with HR software, labour laws, and compliance standards. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
