Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment & HR Support
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive who will handle end-to-end recruitment activities along with providing day-to-day HR operational support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Post job openings on various job portals, social media channels, and internal platforms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Conduct initial HR rounds and schedule technical/managerial interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Handle offer negotiations and release offer letters.
• Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires.
HR Operations & Support
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
• Assist in preparing HR letters: offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction activities.
• Support payroll inputs by sharing attendance, leave data, and relevant documents.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, attendance, etc.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Help in planning employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes and HR operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools/portals.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
