We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage core HR functions in a fast-paced international call centre environment. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and support compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for voice international processes

Conduct onboarding and induction sessions

Maintain attendance and leave records

Manage employee grievances and engagement initiatives

Support HR documentation and audits

Coordinate with payroll and operations teams

Requirements:

Proven experience in BPO/Call Centre HR operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking ability
