HR Executive Job DescriptionOverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department, ensuring smooth administrative processes and contributing to a positive employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle new employee orientation, documentation, and coordination. Manage exit interviews and paperwork for departing employees.Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files (both physical and digital) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.HR Administration: Assist in processing various HR documents, letters, and forms (e.g., offer letters, appointment letters, performance appraisals).Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor and track employee attendance, leave requests, and ensure proper data entry into the HR system.Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative matters.Training & Development: Support the coordination and logistics for internal training programs and workshops.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or executive role.Familiarity with standard HR practices and labor legislation.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.Exposure to various aspects of Human Resources management.
