Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct new hire orientations and inductions, as well as process resignations, exit interviews, and final settlements.
Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries, resolve workplace conflicts, and assist with engagement and wellness programs.
Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate attendance and leave management, and process inputs for payroll and benefits administration.
Performance & Development: Assist in performance appraisal processes, track performance metrics, and coordinate employee training programs.
Compliance & Records: Ensure organizational adherence to statutory labor laws and regulations while maintaining strictly confidential and accurate employee databases/HRIS.
