Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, attendance management, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Maintain a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Payroll & Benefits Support
Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, and overtime.
Assist in employee benefits administration and statutory compliance.
Support audits and HR reporting requirements.
Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Track employee goals, reviews, and development plans.
Support training and development initiatives.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Support disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in HR operations or human resources.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
