Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
Support HR policies, performance appraisals, and training programs.
Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
Prepare HR reports and analyze metrics to support decision-making.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 0 – 3 years in HR or related roles.
Education: BBA in HR or MBA in HR.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet recruitment targets and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
