HR Executive

Job Description:

• Talent Acquisition:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs.

  • Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals, company websites, and social media.

  • Source candidates through databases, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment platforms.

• Screening & Interviewing:

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

  • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (job posting → offer stage).

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Offer & Onboarding:

  • Assist with offer preparation and negotiations.

  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.

• Employer Branding & Campus Hiring:

  • Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and build long-term talent pipelines.
