We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at TVS Supply Chain Solution Limited to manage oversee the complete payroll lifecycle—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payouts—while acting as the key liaison between HR, finance, and employees. You’ll lead payroll strategy, improve processes, and uphold data privacy. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
End‑to‑end payroll processing: calculate salaries, deductions, benefits, taxes, bonuses, reimbursements.
Compliance & reporting: ensure adherence to labour laws and tax regulations; prepare statutory filings, tax returns, and audit-ready documentation.
System & process management: maintain and optimize payroll software and HRIS; implement upgrades and streamline workflows.
Team leadership: supervise payroll specialists/clerks; recruit, train, and manage workloads.
Cross-functional collaboration: partner with HR and finance to sync employee records, compensation changes, and reporting.
Audits & quality control: conduct routine payroll audits, investigate anomalies, balance accounts, and support external reviews.
Stay updated: keep abreast of regulatory changes (e.g. TDS, PF, ESI, GDPR) and update procedures accordingly.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Strong knowledge of Indian payroll compliance: TDS, PF, ESI, professional tax. Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail. Capable of supervising staff and managing payroll workflows. Strong organizational and communication abilities; integrity in handling confidential data.
