Looking for an enthusiastic and responsible individual eager to gain hands-on HR experience through live client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination.
Interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Offer letters and onboarding.
Attendance and basic HR operations.
Handling real-time HR challenges across multiple industries.
Work Structure:
Approximately 4 hours/day.
Flexible working hours.
Monthly payout: ₹3,000 for the first 3 months.
Payout review thereafter based on workload and responsibilities.
