HR Executive

To manage and support all HR activities at the warehouse location, ensuring smooth functioning of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, compliance, employee engagement, and grievance handling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

   • Coordinate with staffing partners for manpower requirements.

   • Conduct interviews and facilitate new joiner formalities.

   • Complete documentation and system entry for new hires.

2. Attendance & Payroll Support:

   • Maintain attendance and leave records through biometric or manual systems.

   • Share accurate data with payroll team on time.

   • Resolve salary or attendance discrepancies for warehouse staff.

3. HR Operations:

   • Maintain employee records, ID cards, and documentation.

   • Track contract staff data and coordinate with vendors.

   • Support in issuing letters (offer, warning, relieving, etc.)

4. Compliance & Statutory:

   • Ensure compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, minimum wages, etc.).

   • Assist in audits and statutory inspections at the warehouse.

5. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:

   • Conduct engagement activities like birthday celebrations, team-building, etc.

   • Act as the point of contact for warehouse employees for HR-related concerns.

   • Address grievances with empathy and escalate when necessary.

6. Training & Development:

   • Coordinate induction and periodic skill development sessions.

   • Maintain training attendance and feedback records
