Job Description

HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

Objective: To manage the end-to-end coordination of the recruitment process, focusing on talent identification and seamless interview logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: Proactively find candidates via LinkedIn, job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn), and social media.

  • Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to verify fit.

  • Scheduling: Organize and manage interview calendars for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, sending invites and managing interview links (Zoom/Teams/Google Meet).

  • Tracking: Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure real-time data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Skills: Strong communication, calendar management, and multitasking.

  • Tools: Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
