Job Summary
DigitalVia Technologies is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage the complete employee lifecycle while supporting business growth through effective recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Digital Marketing roles and be capable of hiring talent across various digital marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels.
Schedule and conduct interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers for candidate evaluations.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Recruit candidates for Digital Marketing, IT, and support functions.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance management and employee database updates.
Leave Management
Manage employee leave records and leave balance tracking.
Process leave requests and ensure policy compliance.
Maintain accurate leave and attendance reports.
Onboarding & Joining Formalities
Complete joining documentation and employee verification.
Conduct induction and orientation programs.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Training & Development
Identify employee training needs and coordinate development programs.
Organize learning and skill enhancement initiatives.
Track training participation and effectiveness.
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Promote a positive and productive work culture.
Address employee concerns and support retention efforts.
Performance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Maintain appraisal documentation and review records.
Support employee development and performance improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes.
Experience in attendance and leave management.
Good understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, services, and job roles.
Knowledge of hiring for SEO, PPC/Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Writing, Graphic Designing, Video Editing, Web Development, and Business Development profiles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in HR .
2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist and Recruitment activities.
Experience hiring for Digital Marketing and IT-related positions.
Strong stakeholder management and employee relations skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven mindset.
Understanding of Digital Marketing industry trends and workforce requirements.
