The HR Executive (Female) will be responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, training, and compliance. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while ensuring a positive workplace environment.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication with applicants.
Monitor and maintain employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Coordinate with the accounts team for monthly payroll processing.
Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, incentives, and deductions.
Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
Conduct regular employee engagement activities and team-building events.
Promote a positive and healthy work culture.
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases.
Prepare HR letters — offer, appointment, confirmation, and relieving letters.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with labor laws.
Assist in setting up performance appraisal systems.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
Generate HR reports for management review (attrition, recruitment, etc.).
