We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. You will collaborate with different departments to support organizational growth and foster a positive work culture.
Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to boost morale and retention.
Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
Performance Management:
Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Monitor the effectiveness of training sessions and make improvements.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Update and implement HR policies as required.
HR Operations:
Manage employee records and HR documentation.
Process payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits.
Data & Reporting:
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in the IT sector.
Knowledge of HR functions (talent management, compensation, labor laws, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience in IT recruitment and familiarity with technical roles.
